I am excited to apply for the Interior Designer role. I bring 5+
years of experience crafting elegant, functional residential
and commercial spaces, along with a proven ability to pair
design excellence with business impact. I currently serve as
a Senior Design Consultant at INCO- Squareyards in the
UAE, where I lead high-end projects and drive client
acquisition, design presentation, and contract negotiation. I
have secured and delivered projects ranging from AED
300K to 600K, achieving strong client satisfaction and
repeat business.
My background includes end-to-end project leadership as
an Interior Designer and Design Manager at Livspace,
where I produced 30+ planning packages, detailed
drawings, and renders, and built relationships that led to a
90% return rate. I further refined client-facing and planning
skills as a Design Relationship Manager at Homelane. I am
proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max,
Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite, enabling me to
translate concepts into precise drawings, photorealistic
visuals, and actionable documentation. A Diploma in
Interior Designing from IIFA Multimedia, combined with
a B.E. in Civil Engineering, strengthens my technical rigor
and execution.
