I hold a BSc degree in civil engineering from Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (2016) and a MSc degree in Infrastructure/Highway Engineering from Jimma University (2021). Throughout my academic career, I have completed extensive coursework that has strengthened my technical knowledge and confidence in the field. I have had the pleasure of leading multiple high-profile constructions projects with a focus not just on meeting design requirements but also on innovating to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Bringing my comprehensive background to your esteemed company aligns with my professional aspirations and I am eager to contribute to your ongoing success. With over the 7+ years of experience, I am proficient in managing projects from inception through completion. Additionally, I have attended various specialized training sessions, including Construction Material Quality Control, AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and Civil 3D. I have trained university freshmen in various aspects of civil engineering. I am a highly motivated professional who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines. My analytical mindset enables me to efficiently identify and streamline complex processes. I am known for my reliability, calm approach to work, and strong problem-solving abilities.
