HR Executive / HR Executive position. With over 2+ years of comprehensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Payroll & WPS Management, HR Operations, and Labour Law & Statutory Compliance, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your organization’s HR function. In my recent role as Senior HR Executive – Corporate Services, I managed complete HR operations including recruitment for domestic and international roles, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. I have hands-on experience in handling WPS, PF/ESI filings, onboarding, leave management, and HR documentation, ensuring 100% adherence to labour laws and organizational standards. My experience also includes utilizing HR and accounting software such as Arcus, SAP FICO, SAP B One, QuickBooks, and Peachtree, enabling smooth reporting and process automation. I hold an MBA in Human Resources from Bengaluru North University and a PG Diploma in Business Accounting and Management, which further strengthens my analytical and administrative capabilities. Known for problem-solving, time management, and strong interpersonal skills, I excel in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to organizational needs. Currently on a Visit Visa in Dubai, I am available for an immediate interview and ready to join as required
