As a mechanical engineer pursuing a Master of Engineering degree at RIT Dubai, I am passionate about renewable energy and environmental sustainability. I have over five years of experience in managing and executing service and maintenance projects for various types of power generators, including portable, commercial, industrial, diesel, and gas. I also have skills in solar system design and field installation, which I applied in my previous roles as a service manager and an assistant service manager. My most recent role was as a service manager at Soft Air Engineering, where I led and directed a team of technicians and engineers to deliver high-quality and timely service to clients across the region. I cultivated and maintained strong relationships with clients, resolving concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction to promote repeat business. I oversaw the planning and execution of mechanical service projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards. I also contributed to the continuous improvement of service standards, procedures, and policies, resulting in enhanced service quality and increased customer satisfaction. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my skills and expertise in the field of renewable energy and environmental sustainability, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to make a positive impact on the environment and society.
