Position: Data Management & Analysis

Hi, my name is Neelu Singh. I am a Senior Business Analyst with around 6 years of experience across IT and finance domains. Currently, I am working with United Airlines in Gurgaon, and previously I worked with Genpact for the client Boston Consulting Group.

In my current and previous roles, I have worked extensively on requirement gathering, stakeholder management, Agile ceremonies, user story refinement, UAT coordination, and process improvement initiatives. I have experience working closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and product owners to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

From a technical perspective, I have worked on tools and technologies like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, JIRA, and Advanced Excel. I am also comfortable with BRD, FRD, process flow diagrams, API understanding, and data analysis.

One thing I enjoy most about being a Business Analyst is solving business problems and acting as a bridge between business and technical teams. I like understanding how a process works, identifying gaps, and helping teams deliver efficient solutions.

Currently, I am looking for opportunities where I can further grow in a strategic and challenging BA role while contributing with both my analytical and stakeholder management skills.
