I am a motivated professional with a background in Electronic Engineering and practical experience in business services, customer support, and sales within a business setup company in Dubai. I have strong skills in administrative support, client communication, and office management.

I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems, and currently developing my skills in Power BI with basic knowledge of SAP. I am fluent in Arabic, French, and English, which allows me to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
