I’m an IT Support and Infrastructure professional with 3+ years of experience delivering user-focused technical support across telecom, real estate, and e-commerce sectors in the UAE. I handle L1 and assist in L2 issues, manage endpoints, and work across Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and basic Microsoft 365 administration.
