I have experience working in different areas of retail including customer service, sales, cashiering, and assisting with store operations such as stocking and maintaining displays. In these roles, I developed strong communication skills, learned how to handle customer inquiries effectively, and became confident in upselling and ensuring customers had a positive shopping experience.

What I enjoy most about retail is the direct interaction with people—helping customers find what they’re looking for, solving their problems, and making their shopping experience enjoyable. I also enjoy the fast-paced environment, where every day brings something new, and the opportunity to work as part of a team to meet sales targets and keep the store running smoothly.
