In my role with Al Jaber, I developed essential skills in configuring and maintaining network systems, installing
software, and managing SQL databases to improve performance and reliability. My responsibilities involved
configuring routers, switches, and firewalls, troubleshooting network issues, and providing on-site support, all
of which honed my problem-solving skills and attention to detail. During this time, I collaborated closely with
IT support teams, where I contributed to reducing downtime and ensuring seamless operations by resolving
issues efficiently. One of my notable achievements was optimizing our SQL databases, resulting in a 50%
improvement in performance and providing a stable platform for various business functions.
My academic projects, particularly in areas such as augmented reality game development, database
